Expert session for foreign manufacturers in Russia at Medica 2017
An expert session devoted to issues facing foreign medical products manufacturers and suppliers in the Russian market took place at Medica 2017.
The event was organized by Messe Dusseldorf GmbH and Expocentre AO as part of a supporting program at the Russian Pavilion. The session was moderated by General Manager of Messe Dusseldorf Moscow Thomas Stenzel.

Speakers included CEO of Meditex Andrey Vilensky, COO of the International Medical Device Manufacturers Association (IMEDA) Sergey Vanin, and founder of the ZERTS Group Viktoria Shmatkova.
The event brought together manufacturers from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Germany, South Korea, Sweden, the UK and other countries. The experts talked about specifics of the Russian market of medical products, gave practical recommendations on how to enter the Russian market, and reviewed legal and technical aspects of registration of medical products and successful business cases of foreign companies working in Russia.
