What is awaiting the health resort industry

Russian Health Care Week 2023 hosted the 5th Congress on Health Resort Industry. Science. Results, organised by the National Medical Research Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Resort Therapy of the Russian Ministry of Health Care and the National Association of Experts in Spa Treatment with the support of EXPOCENTRE AO. The key speech called Health Resort Treatment: the Reserves of the Nation's Health. Theory, Legislation, Practice was delivered by Acting Director at the National Medical Research Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Resort Therapy of the Russian Ministry of Health Care Anatoly Fesyun. “We cannot separate health resort treatment and medical rehabilitation. Otherwise, the half of the beds that belong to health resort treatment will gradually turn into spa hotels. It should be understood that health resort treatment is an integral part of the overall treatment system, which starts with medical checkups,” emphasised Anatoly Fesyun.
